Our hiring/work philosophy:
For those that join our team we offer a flexible work policy because we understand that people have families and need to attend to other things in life besides work. This means simply that you work with us to figure out a schedule that meets your needs and ours. The schedule can vary from week to week. If you show up when you say you will and work hard, we will be happy. We offer competitive wages. Please know this is physically demanding work and we work in all types of weather.
Labourers:
We occasionally need casual labourers to help us with the heavier physical work - moving soil, raking, clean up. This can be a half day, full day or several days work. No experience is necessary but again, this is physically demanding work done in all types of weather.
For all positions:
We need honest, reliable people that have a positive outlook, communicate well, have good customer service skills and present a professional image.
